I'm a certified nutritional practitioner (aka holistic nutritionist), self-care junkie and burnout expert. After having gone through two bouts of adrenal fatigue (burnout) for different reasons, I know a thing or two about stress hormones, our constant energy crisis, 24/7 exhaustion, food cravings and weight gain.
Over the past year, I’ve spent most of my time recovering from adrenal fatigue. Through personal experience and my studies as a nutritionist, I've learned how to manage and support my adrenals and hormones so that they can return to their regular state. Although it can take 2-3 years to recover from adrenal fatigue, just one year later I'm nearly 100% better. Almost all of my symptoms are gone and I finally have the energy to live my life to its fullest!
